We Survived !! ;-D
If I’m typing this and you’re reading it, then it’s indication that we’ve all survived Mother’s Day 2026 … yesssssssss !! ;-D Infinite thanx again to Katie & Michelle for your recent missives … we’ve yet to suss detailed plans but hopefully we shall do so soon !! As y’all know, I’ll arrive on the Best Coast in late June and manage my jetlag in San Jose. I’ll most likely pick up a burner number upon arrival and everyone here will be amongst the 1st to know once I’ve done that !! ;-D

Tatanka !! Very excited about 4th of July w/ you and yours !! ;-D Below is the Capitol Corridor train route that I can grab from San Jose … I’ll aim to take this at least part of the way … we’ll suss detailed logistics later !! ;-D
July Tahoe Retreat
Goldilocks !! So !! => I’ve finagled my way into Santa Rosa w/ Tatanka for 4th of July block party … yo !! ;-D As such, I’ll wake up north of you on 6th July. We’ll suss something such that I manage to get Lasso’d right onto your Tahoe Wagon. Wow, looky here … suddenly I’m seeing triangles and I can’t unsee them !! ;-D
So Goldilocks … in cahoots w/ Tatanka I’m sure we’ll suss a hand-off point for me to hop from her universe into yours. Wouldn’t be the 1st time for triangular configurations. ;-D And I’m of course keen to provide lunch / snacks / whatever if we can all meet up … b/c I’m sure that together we’d be like Delta Delta Delta can I Helpya Helpya Helpya !! ;-D
- Goldilocks & I will then Shine On to that Crazy (Sapphire) Diamond for gigathalon training … w/ Guitaaaaar !! ;-D
- I would try to bake you a Leo Cake but as it prolly won’t rise, how ’bout we do Birfday Brekky instead … Charlie Brown-style … not sure if my spelling is correct. In case of Flat Tire(s), I’m sure Michelle will come to the rescue !! ;-D
- Then we’ll head down to sea level, our VO2 maxxed out like back in the day … LOL !! ;-D
- FYI … my 3 L’il Rascals will all arrive SFO 5th Aug !! ;-D

I aim to be in San Jose to receive my kiddos in early August. I’ll mess around w/ them — maybe see Katie & / or Michelle — then transition into family birthday … then into Robbie / Beans world …

I’m expected in San Jose for birthday dinner on Sat 22nd Aug. Venue TBD. I’ll then stick around in / near San Jose for a week or so. To anyone who’d like to meet my kiddos — and I’d be so happy for you to hang out w/ them ;-D — do please consider a Bay Area outing w/ us in mid / late August ?! ;-D If by some miracle any of your kids can hang out too, then do please bring them along … we can go to a playground for old time’s sake … LOL … it’s been tooooo long !! ;-D
Tues 25th Aug : SFO
My kiddos are slated to fly outta SFO on Tuesday 25th August … Ariane & Cass in the morning (waaaaahhhh !! :-0) and Zach at hh:mm … most likely an evening departure.
Afterwards Robbie … If you’ll have me, I’d love to travel back home w/ you to J’ville, taking whatever direct / meandering route you’d like. Ideally we’d leave the Bay Area after Zach’s departure on 25th August. I’ll probably need to start our drive w/ Sarah McLaughlin / Adele … but we’ll transition to P!nk / Charlie XCX once I’ve gotten thru the worst of my convulsions … then perhaps crash in Old Hangtown ?! ;-D
Once we’ve arrived chez toi, I’ll attend Quady BC & / or BLM Shenanigans !! ;-D If this sits well w/ you, I’ll plan northbound travel from your place, including stop in Eugene if you and kiddo are keen to guide me around … 1st track of our PacWest RoadTrip Playlist (obviously ;-D) …
Then Robbie … I’ll take cues from you to figure out the best way to get up to Vancouver to see my wonderful IronMommy Rachel !! ;-D

I am beyond thrilled about seeing my lovely IronMommy Rachel in Vancouver, BC !! ;-D It has been toooooo stinkin’ long !! ;-D
Right now I dunno how I’ll get up to Rachel, but I’d love to entertain the thought of maybe seeing some peeps along the way … or once I’ve left Vancouver ?! This is your invitation to help me suss this … if you are motivated to do so. ;-D

With any luck, I’ll make my way down to DHHS DolphinLand … w/ all the usual suspects … including this one …
