Without further ado, here we go:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more Continue Reading-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Foxy Lady #1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Gong Li<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I learned of the phenomenal, legendary, singular actress <em>Gong Li<\/em> during my time in China.  I&#8217;ve appreciated all of her films (Zhang Yimou rocks my world ;-D), but especially &#8220;To Live&#8221; &#8230; trailer below &#8230; simply incredible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"To Live Trailer 1994\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IhRgMU0wyB8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Foxy Lady #2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Heather O&#8217;Neill<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;ve read a few novels written by the ridiculously talented and funny-as-mmm-hmmm  ;-D <em>Heather O&#8217;Neill<\/em> &#8230;  !!  I blazed through <em>The Lonely Hearts Hotel<\/em> &#8230; I knew that I was reading it too fast but I was so anxious to know what the hell would happen next so I just kept going !!  I&#8217;ve since re-read it (at least twice ;-D) it from cover-to-cover to savor the actual writing.  I don&#8217;t know if any of her books will work their way to the big screen but I do hope so b\/c her writing is so effortlessly cinematic &#8230; kudos to anyone who&#8217;s already purchased rights to a screenplay ?!?!  ;-D<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Heather O&#039;Neill speaks about her new book, The Lonely Hearts Hotel.\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SlTen4I41gE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Foxy Lady #3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>M.I.A.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I first came across <em>M.I.A.<\/em> while watching Danny Boyle&#8217;s masterpiece Slumdog Millionaire.   If I recall correctly, <em>M.I.A.<\/em>&#8216;s song &#8220;Paper Planes&#8221; fires up just when the brothers in the film are starting to get the hang of petty theft &amp; homelessness &#8230; it&#8217;s the transition tune towards crazier adventures !! ;-D<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"M.I.A. - Paper Planes\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ewRjZoRtu0Y?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em> M.I.A.<\/em> herself is an enigma &#8230; OMG (!!) &#8230; I&#8217;d heard a few years ago that there was to be a documentary about her life in the making &#8230; but the crew had to put it on hold b\/c it was so dangerous to film it.  Now &#8230; it appears that a film <em>&#8220;Matangi \/ Maya \/ M.I.A.&#8221; <\/em>did indeed come out in 2018 &#8230; better to find out late than never &#8230; yahoo !! ;-D<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Right then Helen et al &#8230; that&#8217;ll do for my answer key !!
